John Wilson — Chief Executive Officer
As the Founder and CEO of WilsonHCG, John’s hands-on leadership approach has been instrumental in driving growth every year since the company’s inception. A respected authority in the industry, he educates business leaders on a range of human capital topics, including talent acquisition, diversity leadership and employee engagement and retention. John is an expert on hiring, motivating and retaining gen Y employees, and has advised Fortune 500 companies on their emergence in the workforce. He has served on the Advisory Council for Monster.com, has appeared on Dr. Drew’s Lifechangers and has been featured in Finding Keepers: The Monster Guide to Hiring and Holding the World's Best Employees, The American Business Journal, CIO magazine and Ere.net, among others. John is an active supporter of youth sports and Autism Speaks.
Andy Zahn — Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer
As the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, Andy is responsible for managing all of WilsonHCG’s treasury functions and assisting team leaders in developing analytical business process reviews. He works across all corporate functions to ensure the company’s continued growth. Andy has more than a decade of experience in the accounting, financial advisory and consulting industries and brings real-world knowledge to the planning process, which has contributed to WilsonHCG achieving its strategic vision. He has a degree in accounting from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Cynthia Cancio — Director of Recruitment
As the Director of Recruitment, Cynthia is responsible for leading WilsonHCG’s internal recruiting and sourcing teams and overseeing delivery and process improvements. As a keen developer of talent, she has implemented winning strategic recruitment initiatives in the areas of networking, direct sourcing, diversity initiatives and university recruitment, and has empowered both domestic and international account teams. Along with her knowledge of the professional services, technical and financial industries, Cynthia has extensive experience in HR and marketing. She has been featured in The Tampa Tribune.
Melissa Geren — Director of People & Strategy
As the Director of People & Strategy, Melissa is responsible for all aspects of WilsonHCG’s compliance, benefits, compensation, policies and procedures and employee relations. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and has created an unparalleled collaborative environment at WilsonHCG. Prior to joining the company, Melissa built her professional background in human resources in the financial, marketing and media industries. Her HR experience complements WilsonHCG’s dynamic and her dexterity in managing internal and external relationships has helped solidify employee retention and client satisfaction.
Jill Kuhlman — Director of Partnership & Strategy
As the Director of Partnership & Strategy, Jill is responsible for consulting with the executive leadership of WilsonHCG’s partnerships and implementing, managing and cultivating productive relationships. She oversees the relationship among WilsonHCG, alliance partners and client stakeholders. Through her innovative approach, Jill recognizes and implements process efficiencies in order to reduce client spend and increase productivity. Her experience includes RPO, contract recruiting and permanent staffing in the sales, IT, manufacturing and healthcare industries, and she has been featured in HRO Today magazine. Jill holds a master’s degree in business administration.
Kim Pope — Director of Recruitment Solutions
As the Director of Recruitment Solutions, Kim is responsible for solution design and the development of potential clients and expansion of current relationships. She has been instrumental in building the framework for WilsonHCG’s critical global partnerships. Prior to joining the company, Kim served as an executive search recruiter managing international and domestic projects in the marketing and advertising industries. She also served as an account manager in the professional services, technology and financial industries. Along with experience in talent acquisition and RPO, Kim has an extensive background in operational and process excellence.
